2. Appointment Types & Clinical Assessment

Appointment durations and service descriptions shown online are indicative only.

Dental treatment is subject to professional clinical assessment on the day of your visit. The dentist may recommend:

• A longer or shorter appointment, or
• Further appointments,

Online bookings are suitable for:

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in appointment delays, cancellation, or inability to contact you regarding your booking.

7. Medical & Dental Information

Online booking does not replace the requirement to provide a full medical and dental history.
